We have successfully repaired, replaced or installed a wide variety of systems including: IGS (Inert Gas Systems), COW (Crude Oil Washing), vapor recovery systems, segregated ballast, fuel oil, lube oil and high- and low-pressure steam. Our welders are certified in current procedures and have extensive experience with copper, copper nickel, chrome molly, steel and aluminum piping.

Cascade General has a staff of qualified and certified NDT personnel and procedures in dye penetrant and mag particle Levels 1 and 2.

Cascade General designs and fabricates all types of system piping. We have the capacity to handle pipe 40" (1,016 mm) in diameter with bending capabilities for pipe to 6" (152 mm). Additionally, we have semi-automatic machinery for welding pipe 2" to 40" (50 mm to 1,016 mm). We can cold bevel "machine" high pressure piping from 2" to 12" (50 mm to 304 mm) mild steel and 2-1/4% chrome.
